Who these terms are with

Tile Streak (tilestreak.com) is operated by Novelaffiliates. In these terms, "we" means the operator and "you" means anyone using the site.

Using the games

The games are free for personal, non-commercial use. You may share your results, talk about puzzles and link to any page.

Please do not:

• copy the site, its puzzles or its word lists in bulk, or scrape them automatically;
• publish daily answers in a way designed to spoil the puzzle for others before the day

ends;

• interfere with the site, its ads or its security, or try to access systems that are not

meant for you;

• present Tile Streak games as your own or embed them in another site without permission.

Our content

The site design, puzzles, curated word lists, copy and code belong to us or our licensors. Word lists are built from SCOWL and wordfreq, and NFL player data comes from nflverse under the CC BY 4.0 license, each under their own terms.

Other people's names

Wordle is a trademark of The New York Times Company. NFL and team names are trademarks of the NFL and its teams. Other game names mentioned on the site belong to their owners. We use these names only to describe and compare games. Tile Streak is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to games and sites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Ads

The site shows third-party ads. An ad is not an endorsement, and any dealings with an advertiser are between you and them.

No guarantees

We work to keep puzzles fair and data accurate, but the site is provided "as is". Player details can be out of date between roster refreshes, and the site may sometimes be unavailable. Your stats are stored in your browser and can be lost if browser data is cleared; we cannot restore them.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
